And whether you create your own flavor with a sundae, milkshake, float, or our famous Whitser, or enjoy a scoop of vanilla, chocolate, or our weekly or daily flavor, we promise you the freshest, supreme frozen treat experience that we simply call a "smile in a cup."

WHIT'S FROZEN CUSTARD OF FORT MILL, SC

David discovered Whit's while living in Asheville, NC. He immediately fell in love with their frozen custard and became a regular customer, going a couple of times a week. In 2017, David moved to Charlotte, NC with his family and noticed that there was not a Whit's Frozen Custard location near him.  After searching and planning, David finally found the perfect location.  David and his son opened Whit's Frozen Custard Fort Mill in March of 2019 and have been dishing out smiles ever since!

Whit's Frozen Custard Fort Mill serves up premium frozen custard made fresh daily. We are located just across from the entrance to Baxter Village. We are open 7 days a week offering 4 fresh flavors daily (Vanilla, Chocolate, Flavor of the Week and Flavor of the Day) that can be scooped in cups or cones. We also stock our most popular flavors in our Grab and Go Freezer in Pint and Quart containers. We also offer shakes, sundaes, banana splits and Whitsers (any of our array of toppings lightly blended with one of the freshly made flavors) as well as vegan and sugar-free options. Our most popular item is the Whittie. It's our custard sandwiched between two store-baked cookies. We typically have a dozen or more varieties available for purchase. We also have made-to-order custard cakes and are available to cater any size event.

Sandy and Nick opened a Taphouse right next door to Whit’s.  Visiting often, they fell in love with the custard.  When the shop went on the market, it was a no-brainer to jump at the opportunity to buy it.  They added their close friends Chris and Karen as partners in the venture, who were eager to jump onboard and get started.  They are all excited and committed to delivering the best frozen desserts to the North Myrtle Beach and surrounding communities.  

Pick up a custard cake in our store, or create your own custom cake! Our cakes are made fresh in our store and involve a four-step process, so please allow 48 hours for your order.

Whit’s Frozen Custard proudly serves premium custard made fresh daily. We are conveniently located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach on Main Street in the Shops on Main- only blocks from the beach. We offer 3-4 scoopable flavors each day that can be served in cones or cups. In addition, you can create your own custom treat by blending in toppings from our extensive list (we call those Whitsers).

We keep our grab and go cases full of your favorite flavors in pints and quarts, as well as, other frozen treats including drumsticks and Whitties- custard sandwiched between 2 large store-baked cookies. Have a special occasion? Order a custom custard cake or pie or pick a pre-made one from our grab and go case.
